SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Once your payment is verified and processed, please allow 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE:  All estimated delivery times are after the order has been shipped.  The shipping notification means the U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by WARDROBE. BY JAYROSE to expect your package; this does not indicate receipt by USPS or the exact mailing date of the package.  If your package is marked as “undeliverable” or “unclaimed” and your item is returned to the store, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (excluding the shipping/return fee).  You will have the option of having your items reshipped to you, but shipping charges will apply. 

PLEASE VERIFY YOU’RE ENTERING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.  IF THE INCORRECT ADDRESS IS ENTERED, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO CONTACT@WARDROBEBYJAYROSE.COM— ADDRESS CANNOT BE MODIFIED ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED.

Once your order is marked “DELIVERED”, WARDROBE. BY JAYROSE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
