How long do I have to request a return/exchange?
You have 5 days from the delivery date to submit your return/exchange request to contact@wardrobebyjayrose.com

Are there any return fees?
RETURN SHIPPING POSTAGE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER— UNLESS WBJR IS AT FAULT.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel and accessories are returnable if the return/exchange request is submitted within 5 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during shipping/transit. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.
*Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable— unless WBJR is at fault.
If you receive the incorrect item or a faulty product (excluding damages from transit & delivery), we will cover the return cost.
Items MUST be unwashed and unworn with the original packaging, all intact.
*DISCLAIMER: ALL ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED THOROUGHLY BEFORE BEING PACKAGED AND SHIPPED TO ENSURE THERE AREN’T ANY DEFECTS— FRAGILE STICKERS WILL ALSO BE PLACED ON ALL PACKAGES CONTAINING FRAGILE ITEMS. *WARDROBE. BY JAYROSE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT/DELIVERY!
